By entering, participating in, or submitting content to the Moving Company Hustle Rap Challenge (the “Contest”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and Official Rules (“Rules”). If you do not agree, do not enter.

1. Contest Overview

The Contest is a creative, braggadocious-style rap competition for moving companies. Participants will download an official beat, create an original rap song and music video representing their moving company, upload the video to YouTube with the required title format, and submit the YouTube link through the Sponsor’s official submission form.

2. Eligibility

• The Contest is open only to moving companies and their employees located in the United States.

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Entries must be submitted by a company owner, authorized representative, or employee with permission to enter on behalf of the company.

• Void where prohibited by law.

• Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who fails to meet eligibility requirements.

3. Void Where Prohibited

This Contest is void in any state, county, or jurisdiction where such contests are prohibited, restricted, or otherwise illegal, and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to ensure participation is legal in their jurisdiction.

4. How to Enter

To enter:

1. Complete the official sign-up form on MovingCompanyHustle.com.

2. Download an official Contest beat via the audio player on the Contest page.

3. Create an original rap song and music video using the beat.

4. Upload the music video to YouTube titled exactly:
   “Moving Company Hustle Rap Contest – [Company Name]”

5. Submit your YouTube link via email before the deadline:
   A) By emailing the YouTube video link to: movingcompanyhustle@gmail.com

Important:
Your entry is not considered complete unless Sponsor receives your link via email.

Limit: One (1) entry per company.

5. Beat License / Usage Restrictions

All beats provided by Sponsor (“Beats”) are copyrighted works owned or licensed by Sponsor.

By downloading a Beat, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Beat solely for the purpose of this Contest and only within your YouTube Contest submission video.

You may not:

• Upload or distribute the Beat or the finished song to any streaming platform (including but not limited to Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, Amazon Music, SoundCloud, Bandcamp, Audiomack, etc.).

• Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Beat or the finished song in any way.

• Use the Beat for any purpose outside of this Contest.

• Claim ownership of the Beat.

• Register the Beat or the finished song with any content ID, distribution, or performance rights service.

Violation of this Beat license results in immediate disqualification and may expose you to legal action.

6. Content Requirements

All entries must:

• Use an official Beat from the Contest page.

• Contain original lyrics and original video content created by the Entrant.

• Be appropriate for general audiences.

Entries must not include:

• Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or threats.

• Defamatory statements or targeted personal attacks.

• Graphic violence or sexually explicit material.

• Content that violates any law or YouTube’s community guidelines.

• Any third-party copyrighted material (audio, samples, video clips, logos) without permission.

Sponsor may disqualify any Entry that, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, violates these Rules.

7. Judging & Winner Selection

Entries will be judged by Sponsor based on:

• Creativity and lyrical content

• Delivery / performance

• Video energy and production

• Brand representation and hustle spirit

Judging decisions are final and binding. Sponsor may select winners at its sole discretion.

8. Prizes

• 1st Place: $1,000 cash or $1,000 donation to a charity of winner’s choice.

• Runner-Up Prizes: Sponsor-determined prizes (e.g., merch, features, shoutouts).

• No substitution or transfer of prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to replace prizes with items of equal or greater value.

9. Guaranteed Feature / Interviews

All qualifying Entries will receive a written feature/interview on MovingCompanyHustle.com and backlinks to their company website.

Sponsor controls the editorial format, length, timing, and placement of features. Sponsor may edit for clarity, length, or style.

10. Rights Granted by Entrants

By submitting an Entry, you grant Sponsor a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to:

• Use, repost, publish, display, distribute, edit, and promote your Entry (in whole or part) across Sponsor platforms, including website, YouTube, social, and marketing materials.

• Use company name, logos, and likenesses shown in the video for Contest-related promotion.

You retain ownership of your original lyrics and video, subject to the license above.

11. Reaction Video + Promotion

All qualifying Entries may be included in Sponsor’s reaction videos and promotional content. Sponsor may monetize reaction videos and related content.

12. Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who:

• Violates these Rules

• Misrepresents ownership or authorship

• Uses unlicensed third-party content

• Attempts to manipulate voting, judging, or submission systems

• Engages in conduct harmful to Sponsor, the Contest, or other Entrants

Disqualified Entries forfeit eligibility for prizes and features.

13. No Liability / Release

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from any claim arising out of:

• Participation in the Contest

• Use of Beats

• Prize acceptance or use

• Publicity or distribution of Entry

• Technical issues, submission errors, or platform failures

You participate at your own risk.

14. No Warranty

Beats, platforms, and Contest services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Sponsor makes no guarantee of uninterrupted access, delivery of Beat files, or platform performance.

15. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, Entrants agree that Sponsor may use their company name, logo, video, and submitted materials for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

16. Privacy

Information submitted through sign-up or entry forms will be used to administer the Contest, contact Entrants, and publish features. Sponsor will not sell personal info to third parties unrelated to Contest operations.

17. Sponsor’s Rights to Modify or Cancel

Sponsor may:

• Modify Rules

• Extend deadlines

• Remove Beats

• Cancel or suspend the Contest

if required for fairness, legal compliance, or technical issues. Any changes will be posted on MovingCompanyHustle.com.

18. Governing Law

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Colorado courts.

19. Platform Disclaimer

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform.
Entrants release these platforms from any liability connected to this Contest.
